Abstract
Recently there is an increasing trend of facial fracture, especially complex fractures. These complex facial fractures need implant for optimal treatment. Titanium is the most commonly used material, but there are few reports of complications after 10 years of implantation. The authors report a case of delayed complication of titanium implant in complex orbital wall fracture in a 69-year-old man.
